The Current Collective membership policy

Membership Billing

Memberships are billed automatically on the 15th of each month using the payment method saved to the member’s Square client profile.

Membership pricing is based on the tier selected at enrollment. Gratuity is included in all membership rates, and no additional gratuity is expected.

Reduced Member Rates

Members receive access to reduced treatment rates for the duration of their active membership.

Founding Member Rate Protection

Founding Members retain their Founding Membership rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active and in good standing.

If a Founding Membership is cancelled or otherwise ends, any future re-enrollment will be subject to membership availability and the rates and terms in effect at that time.

Priority Scheduling

Members receive priority access to scheduling and may reserve appointments up to six months in advance.

Priority scheduling provides earlier access to the appointment calendar but does not guarantee a specific date or time.

Complimentary Enhancements

Active members may choose from a select collection of complimentary enhancements as part of their membership treatment:

  • Aromatherapy

  • Cupping

  • Hot stones

  • Gua Sha facial massage

Complimentary enhancements are offered when appropriate for the treatment and subject to availability.

Gua Sha facial massage is incorporated within the scheduled membership treatment time and does not extend the appointment duration.

Member-Only 120-Minute Treatments

120-minute treatments are reserved exclusively for members enrolled in an eligible membership tier and are not offered as a standard à la carte treatment.

Rollover Credits

Membership is intended to support a regular rhythm of care while still allowing some flexibility when life gets in the way.

Unused session credits may roll over for up to three months from the month in which they were issued.

A maximum of two rollover credits may be held at any one time.

Once two rollover credits have accumulated, they must be used before additional monthly sessions may be carried forward. If the rollover limit remains reached, the oldest unused rollover credit will expire first.

Rollover is intended as a short-term accommodation rather than an ongoing alternative to the regular membership schedule.

Transferring or Gifting Credits

Unused, fully paid session credits may be transferred to an adult friend or family member.

Only credits that have already been earned and paid for may be transferred. Future membership credits cannot be gifted in advance.

Transferred credits retain their original expiration date and have no cash value.

Joining and Cancelling

There is no enrollment fee and no cancellation fee.

Membership may be initiated once per calendar year. If a member cancels, they may not restart membership during the same calendar year.

Re-enrollment in a future calendar year is subject to membership availability and the rates and terms in effect at that time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing date on the 15th.

Credits After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, one unused rollover credit may be redeemed within 30 days of the membership end date.

Any additional rollover credits expire immediately upon cancellation.

Future or unpaid credits are not available after membership ends.

Failed Payments

If a membership payment is unsuccessful, the member will have 7 days to update their payment method and bring the account current.

Membership benefits and future booking privileges may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

If payment is not resolved within that period, membership may be cancelled.

Temporary Membership Pauses

Temporary membership pauses may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Approval, duration and terms of any pause are at the discretion of The Sonoran Current.

Scheduling Membership Sessions

Membership does not guarantee a specific appointment time. Members are encouraged to schedule in advance, particularly for preferred days and times.

All regular appointment cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies continue to apply to membership appointments.

Membership Credits

Membership credits are associated with the treatment duration included in the member’s selected tier.

Credits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or refunded simply because they were not used.

Any applicable rollover or transfer provisions are governed by the policies above.

Membership Changes

Requests to change membership tiers are subject to availability and will take effect according to the billing schedule in place at the time of the change.

Membership benefits are available only while membership remains active and in good standing.

Policy Updates

Membership policies, benefits and program terms may be updated from time to time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any material changes that affect billing, benefits or membership obligations. Changes will not alter benefits or credits that have already been earned unless required by law.

Membership at The Sonoran Current is designed to support a consistent rhythm of care while offering greater flexibility, preferred access and added value throughout the year.
